BHC Furniture is delighted to be involved with the newly built Porters Avenue Health Centre, NHS Barking & Dagenham. BHC’s expertise in supplying healthcare furniture offered design led, inspirational pieces to fit the eclectic interior scheme that the re-fit specified.
BHC Furniture worked closely with the project manager to select and recommend pieces which would complement the unique design ethos and fit within the overall objectives for the health centre.
The environment boasts an artistic theme working to contradict the usual interior styles that have become familiar with public spaces in healthcare centres.
BHC supplied reception areas, waiting room areas, staff office spaces, meeting room, consulting rooms, staff rest and child’s play furniture.

What can be quite a bland, specialised & sensitive public space can be revived with simple changes such as the style of the furniture and colours used as well as other visual mediums such as art. We like to approach projects on an individual basis using our furniture to enhance an overall scheme that has been set by a project manager.
